TNO's Corporate Real Estate & Facilities (CREF) is seeking a proactive Support Professional to connect managers, staff and processes across SHE, FAM and SSM. You will coordinate information, appointments and actions to enable smooth collaboration and decision-making.
You will work with a small team, supporting several managers, and occasional travel to other TNO locations. A completed MBO-4 level education and PA experience are required, with strong Dutch and good English skills.
About this positionWithin Corporate Real Estate & Facilities (CREF), we create safe, healthy, sustainable and future-proof work and research environments across TNO locations. We develop policies, implement improvements and ensure that our facility and technical services support colleagues every day.As a Support Professional, you are the connecting link between managers, employees and business processes. Together with a fellow Support Professional, you support several managers within CREF and ensure that information, appointments and actions are well coordinated. You are also part of the Management Support team within BIOS (Business Information & Operations Services), where you work closely with four colleagues, each with their own area of responsibility. #LI-Hybrid
In this role, you will support the managers of Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), Facility & Asset Management (FAM) and Site Service Management (SSM). You play a central organisational role, helping managers and teams work effectively by staying ahead, maintaining oversight and ensuring smooth collaboration.
SHE is responsible for health, safety, environmental management, permits and corporate responsibility within TNO.
FAM combines asset management, facility management and energy & sustainability. The department focuses on reliable services and the sustainable, cost-effective management of buildings, facilities and physical assets.
SSM coordinates day-to-day services across TNO locations. The department ensures safe sites and delivers reliable facility and technical services for employees and visitors. SSM consists of an overall manager and several Site Managers responsible for individual TNO locations.
You are a proactive and organised professional who remains calm and effective when managing multiple priorities. You communicate easily with managers, colleagues and external stakeholders, work accurately and discreetly, and understand what requires immediate attention.
