TD SYNNEX Netherlands is seeking a Technical Presales Consultant focused on Red Hat Virtualization to join our Hybrid Cloud Center of Excellence Europe. You will lead technical presales, design hybrid cloud solutions, and enable partners across Europe with demonstrations and strategic engagements.

Strong Red Hat virtualization knowledge and open‑source experience are essential, with English fluency required.

The TD SYNNEX Hybrid Cloud Center of Excellence Europe is a team of technology experts and certified solution architects supporting European partners with design, architecture, and technical enablement. The team combines deep expertise in hybrid cloud, industry best practices, and modern IT architectures to accelerate digital transformation and meet partners' business and technical objectives.

Job Purpose

A certified and experienced engineer with specialist knowledge in Red Hat virtualization and open‑source technologies. This role supports partners and internal teams across Europe, with a strong focus on technical presales, partner enablement, and driving solution adoption. You will act as a trusted adviser, contributing to solution design, technical qualification, demonstrations, enablement, and strategic engagements that support partner readiness and business growth.

What You'll Do

• Support the design of Red Hat virtualization and hybrid cloud solutions that meet customer and partner requirements.
• Provide technical presales support for complex offerings, including solution design, RFX responses, proposals, and PoCs.
• Participate in architecture discussions and influence technical decision‑making with partners and customers.
• Deliver technical enablement sessions (virtual or onsite) for priority partners across Europe.
• Drive adoption of Red Hat technologies inside TD SYNNEX and across the partner ecosystem.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to technical stakeholders.
• Represent Red Hat solutions at events sponsored or organized by Red Hat and/or TD SYNNEX.
• Support distributor‑led opportunities from technical qualification through conversion.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and promote standardized hybrid cloud and virtualization solutions.
• Maintain strong technical relationships with Red Hat engineering and presales teams.
• Continuously update knowledge of the Red Hat portfolio, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Work toward vendor‑required certifications and ensure alignment with Red Hat best practices.
• Serve as the internal subject‑matter expert for the Red Hat virtualization portfolio.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven background in presales engineering, technical consultancy, or solution architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or technical presales.
• Strong understanding of Red Hat solutions, open‑source technologies, virtualization, and multi‑tier architectures.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Red Hat certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, RHCA) are a strong advantage.
• Experience working with open‑source stacks or contributing to community projects is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in cloud migration, hybrid infrastructures, or on‑prem virtualization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver polished technical messaging.
• Strong commercial awareness and capability to support professional customer engagements.
• Ability to manage priorities, multitask effectively, and collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of the IT channel ecosystem, distributors, and vendor engagement (preferred).
