Job summary

IB Kracht is seeking a Technical Commercial Advisor in Voorburg. You will bridge customers, technology and sales, advising on bearing technology, and translating technical challenges into effective solutions. You will build long-term relationships and contribute to sustainable growth.

Your profile includes an engineering background, HBO level thinking, strong communication, and a proven track record in a technical-commercial client-facing role. Dutch and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

HBO work and thinking level.
Background in mechanical engineering.
Strong communication skills and commercial insight.
Flexible and thinks beyond just solutions.
At least 5 years of demonstrable and relevant work experience in a similar position.
Experience with bearings and drive technology is an advantage, but not necessary.
Customer-oriented attitude.
Strong in maintaining customer relationships.
Innovative and proactive.
Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
Switches between technology and commerce with ease.
Affinity with bearings or mechanical drive technology is an advantage.
In possession of driving license B.

Responsibilities

Informing and providing technical advice to customers in the field of bearing technology.
Developing customized solutions for technical issues of our customers.
Visiting customers.
Drawing up, presenting and following up on quotations.
Maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
Identifying market developments and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal departments such as engineering and purchasing.
Thinking about improving our products and new innovations.
