Job summary

Nebius Group is seeking a highly technical Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager to lead analysis and documentation of complex accounting matters in a public-company environment. You will drive high-quality financial reporting across revenue, leases, consolidation, and capital projects while collaborating with Legal, FP&A, Tax and Operations.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in US GAAP and ASC guidance, including ASC 606 and ASC 842.
• Experience applying consolidation guidance (ASC 810) and VIE assessments.
• Strong background in complex financial reporting, SEC filings, and disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting analyses for complex transactions including consolidation, revenue, leases, and business combinations.
• Prepare memos and position papers to support accounting conclusions and positions.
• Coordinate with Legal, FP&A, Tax, and Operations to assess contract implications.
• Support SEC filings (20-F, 6-K) and related footnotes and disclosures.
• Utilize reporting tools (Workiva, Active Disclosure, Toppan Merrill Bridge) for filings.
