Nebius Group is seeking a Senior Controller to own financials for US entities, lead month-end close, and drive governance and regulatory compliance. The role partners with Tax, Legal, FP&A and business teams to ensure accurate reporting and scalable finance operations.

Ideal candidates have a Big 4 background, strong US GAAP expertise, and a hands-on, collaborative leadership style to transform processes and drive automation across the finance function.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience including Big 4 background.
• Strong expertise in US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience owning legal entities and managing end-to-end accounting and compliance.
• Experience with audits, statutory reporting and tax compliance.
• ERP experience with NetSuite or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Own financials for assigned US entities from month-end close to statutory compliance.
• Lead month-end close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Provide financial insights and support business decisions; partner with Tax, Legal, FP&A.
• Drive process improvements and automation to scale finance operations.
• Oversee statutory and tax compliance, audits, and regulatory filings.
• Manage a small finance team (1–2 FTEs) and mentor staff.
