RevoData, a boutique Data & AI consultancy and Databricks Gold Partner, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Amsterdam. You’ll own recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, partnering with leaders across our international teams to find top technical talent.

Join a no-ego, collaborative culture and help build our growing Europe-wide team. 2-3 days per week in our Amsterdam office with flexible hybrid working and a focus on candidate experience.

Competenze

• Experience recruiting technical profiles within the Data & AI industry (e.g., Data Engineers, Software Engineers, AI Engineers).
• End-to-end recruitment from briefing through offer and onboarding, in-house or via agency.
• Strong ability to approach passive candidates and build long-term relationships.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end recruitment: manage vacancies, sourcing, interviewing, feedback, and offers.
• Partner with Lead TA, leadership, sales, hiring managers to align on profiles and interview processes.
• Build strong talent pipelines by proactively sourcing technical candidates across markets.
• Support the employee journey from offer to onboarding and assist with offboarding if needed.
• Contribute to culture via internal referrals and team events.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and continuously improve processes.
