Job summary

Accenture in Amsterdam is seeking a highly capable consultant to join the Global Transaction Advisory practice. You will work on pre‑deal and post‑deal IT due diligence, enterprise IT landscapes, software platforms, digital capabilities, and AI readiness.

You’ll also contribute to merger integrations, IT separation and data segregation, and IT architectures for joint ventures and alliances across industries. Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (e.g., MSc, PhD, MBA) in business, engineering, economics, computer science, or comparable fields.
• Experience in M&A / IT consulting.
• Ability to combine M&A expertise with technology topics, including enterprise software and digital platforms, cloud and IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and technology risk, data analytics and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-deal and post-deal IT due diligence projects, focusing on IT landscapes, software platforms, digital capabilities, and AI readiness.
• Assist in merger integrations to plan and execute IT integration phases.
• Support carve-outs and divestitures with IT separation and data segregation activities.
• Work with joint ventures and alliances to define and implement the desired IT landscape for partnerships.

As our team member you will have an opportunity to serve clients across industries and geographies.
