Accenture Strategy & Consulting in Amsterdam seeks a dedicated professional to join our Global Transaction Advisory practice, contributing to IT due diligence, merger integrations, carve-outs and divestitures, and IT planning for joint ventures across diverse industries.

You will work on pre-deal and post-deal projects, blending business and technology expertise with AI readiness, digital platforms, and cloud infrastructure, while collaborating with our global network of experts.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (e.g., MSc, PhD, MBA) in business, engineering, economics, computer science, or comparable fields.
• Experience in M&A / IT consulting.
• Ability to combine M&A expertise with technology topics, including enterprise software, cloud and IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and AI-enabled solutions.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; working knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IT due diligence projects focusing on enterprise IT landscapes, software platforms, digital capabilities, and AI readiness.
• Support merger integrations planning and IT integration execution.
• Assist carve-outs and divestitures with IT separation and data segregation activities.
• Contribute to joint-ventures and alliances by shaping IT landscapes for partnerships.

Our Global Transaction Advisory practice combines business and technology expertise, providing services along the entire M&A transaction lifecycle. As our team member you will have an opportunity to serve clients across industries and geographies.

The work

You will take part in projects in pre-deal and post-deal phases, working with our teams primarily on:

• IT and technology due diligence projects, focusing on enterprise IT landscapes, software platforms, digital capabilities, and AI readiness
• Merger integrations to help our clients plan and successfully execute IT integration phases
• Carve-outs and divestitures where you will take part in the planning, follow-up and execution of IT separation and data segregation activities
• Joint-ventures and alliances, helping our clients choose and implement their desired IT landscape for the partnership.
