Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Tech Lead to own the technology stack for their project or squad in Delft. You will lead technical design, development, and delivery of robust, secure, scalable digital solutions, bridging business goals with tech execution.

You will mentor teams, drive architecture decisions, and champion DevOps, automation, and quality across cross-functional groups to ensure reliable, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of proven experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade digital solutions for FAIR data capture and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design and architecture for assigned solution areas.
• Translate requirements into actionable technical tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
• Drive DevOps practices and continuous improvement of reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Oversee development and implementation ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise architecture.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, and test coverage.
