you’ll drive innovation, lead experimentation, and build intelligent features at scale—while mentoring engineers and working alongside inspiring leaders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning the technical direction for AI and leading end-to-end development and delivery of AI features—from rapid prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
• Working hands-on with large foundation models (e.g., GPT, Claude, DeepSeek), handling everything from prompt engineering and fine-tuning to seamless integration (e.g., via Amazon Bedrock).
• Identifying opportunities for, and potentially leading the development of, custom models where off-the-shelf solutions don’t fit.
• Establishing and refining MLOps pipelines and best practices using tools like Amazon SageMaker and other AWS services.
• Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to turn ideas into high-impact, user-facing features.
• Actively mentoring and upskilling engineers transitioning into AI/ML, fostering a collaborative, learning-focused team culture.
• Contributing to a strong, scalable engineering foundation in close partnership with leadership focused on operational excellence and high-performance delivery.

5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-ready features (ideally in SaaS)

MSc in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field

Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt design, and model integration (e.g., via Amazon Bedrock)

Strong Python skills and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, scikit-learn, Pandas, NLP libraries)

Solid software engineering foundations: APIs, testing, CI/CD, version control (Git), etc.

Experience with AWS, especially Amazon SageMaker for training, deployment, and MLOps

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional teams

Bonus Skills:

• Experience mentoring or training engineers in AI/ML practices
• Background applying AI/ML in human-centric domains (HR Tech, Employee Experience, Customer Experience)
• Familiarity with agile product teams and rapid iteration cycles
