The role

As a Data Scientist you’ll work at the intersection of machine learning, organizational psychology, and leadership science. You´ll collaborate closely to develop impactful solutions leveraging AI, NLP, and predictive analytics. Your work will inform executive decisions, shape leadership strategies, and support complex organizational transformations.

• Identify high-impact opportunities for ML/AI across internal tools and client-facing products
• Design, test, and deploy advanced models (especially NLP and AI-based) to address nuanced leadership and organizational challenges
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed data-driven insights into products and services
• Contribute thought leadership and subject-matter expertise across data science, leadership strategy, and analytics innovation
• Stay current with advances in ML, AI, and behavioral science to guide best practices
• Bring an entrepreneurial mind set to the table and define new AI opportunities within the business.

Skills and Experience

• Strong track record in machine learning, NLP, and AI application—Bayesian modeling is a plus
• Proficient in Python (preferred), R, or similar languages and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; meticulous attention to detail
• Experience or interest in leadership science, organizational psychology, or social science research
• Able to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and empathy
