• develop and maintain complex software solutions while remaining actively involved in the codebase.
• oversee the technical architecture and ensure sustainable decisions that support our long‑term vision.
• coach and mentor developers in both their technical and personal growth.
• improve the quality of our engineering practices through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and the continuous enhancement of development standards.
• act as a technical sparring partner for both internal colleagues and external partners.

What do you bring?

• Experience & Knowledge: You have a bachelor's or master's level of thinking and working, combined with at least 7 to 10 years of experience in software development. You have extensive experience with software architecture, complex integrations, and modern cloud environments.
• Technical Expertise: You have experience with React, modern web applications, AWS/cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and DevOps principles. Experience with C#, Salesforce integrations, or AI‑assisted development is a strong plus.
• Communication: You communicate clearly with developers, management, and business stakeholders. You are comfortable asking critical questions and can confidently explain and defend technical decisions.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You think ahead, take ownership, and feel comfortable in a fast‑paced environment. You bring structure without slowing down innovation.
