The Tech Delivery Lead (Mobile Apps) plays a key role in delivering Landal’s Stay App, used daily by guests throughout their stay. You combine technical leadership with delivery ownership, ensuring high‑quality, scalable, and reliable app experiences.

• Strong experience with React Native and mobile app architecture (iOS/Android).
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring, analytics, and performance optimisation tools.
• Proven ability in incident management, debugging, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience using AI tools in software development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, ideally with Scrum Master experience.

• An annual contract with a trial period of one month, after which we hope to employ you permanently.
• A salary between €4,808.45 and €6,869.21 gross per month on a full‑time basis.
• A bonus scheme.
• 27 days’ holiday for a full‑time working week, with the option to purchase 10 additional days off.
• Flexible working hours and the possibility of (partly) working from home.
• Working from home allowance of €2.45 per home working day.

• Participation in the Recreation pension fund. The standard retirement date in this scheme is 67 years. The premium for this old‑age pension is 21.8% of the pension basis, with Landal and you each paying half.

• A full‑time employment contract at Landal has a 38‑hour working week, equivalent to a 5‑day working week. If you have a part‑time employment contract, your salary and vacation days are calculated pro rata.
