Job summary

Landal is seeking a Tech Delivery Lead (Mobile Apps) who combines technical leadership with delivery ownership to ship high-quality Stay App experiences for guests.

You will collaborate with product, development teams and partners to translate business needs into robust mobile solutions, drive performance, stability and development efficiency, and leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with React Native and mobile app architecture (iOS/Android).
• Hands-on with monitoring, analytics, and performance optimization tools.
• Proven incident management, debugging, and technical troubleshooting ability.
• Experience using AI tools in software development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, ideally with Scrum Master experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of mobile app features (React Native) from concept to production.
• Act as Tech Delivery Lead, aligning developers, architects, business teams, and vendors.
• Ensure high-quality releases with focus on performance, scalability, and stability.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed and code quality.
• Facilitate agile execution and team flow, including Scrum Master responsibilities when needed.

At Landal, the Tech Delivery Lead (Mobile Apps) plays a key role in delivering the Stay App, used daily by guests throughout their stay. You combine technical leadership with delivery ownership, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable app experiences. You work closely with the Product Owner, developers, and partners to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, while driving continuous improvement in performance, stability, and development efficiency.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of mobile app features (React Native) from concept to production;
• Act as a Tech Delivery Lead, aligning developers, architects, business teams, and vendors;

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed and code quality;
