Job summary

McKinsey & Company, Inc. in Amsterdam seeks a high-plying professional to join the Tech & AI team, advising executives on technology-driven growth and transformation.

You will work with cross-functional teams of developers, designers and data engineers, gather information, test hypotheses, present results to client management, and implement recommendations, all while benefiting from mentorship, coaching and up to five weeks of formal training in your first two years.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, science or related field.
• Several years of work experience in blue-chip or start-up environments.
• Experience in technology/IT strategy with digital transformation, cloud, analytics, AI/ML.
• Proven leadership and academic/professional achievement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with C-suite and senior managers to solve key issues.
• Develop actionable recommendations using tech know-how and business sense.
• Contribute to client projects in teams and present results to client management.
• Participate in training, mentorship and career development programs.
