Job summary

TechForce in Amsterdam seeks an AI - Machine Learning Specialist to advance data-driven capabilities by designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that enhance the platform’s functionality and user experience.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to identify AI opportunities, from personalized recommendations to fraud detection and operational optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in machine learning model development and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-disciplinary teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Passion for sustainability and interest in circular economy principles (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models.
