Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to coordinate daily warehouse operations, lead a motivated team, and drive safe, efficient processes. You will oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping with a hands-on approach and focus on coaching team members.

Qualifications

• MBO+ level education in logistics or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a team leader in a warehouse.
• Experience with WMS systems and MS Office.
• Good command of English, spoken and written.
• Weekend availability with extra allowance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Actively participate in operations while assigning tasks and balancing workload.

Purpose of the Role

As Warehouse Team Leader, you are responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations within the warehouse. You ensure efficient execution of processes such as receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping. You lead by example, actively participating in operations while guiding, motivating, and developing your team to maintain a safe, productive, and high-quality work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Actively participate in operations while assigning tasks and balancing workload across the team.
• Provide on-the-job training and skill development for team members.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks or process issues, and take timely corrective actions.
• Escalate risks and communicate effectively with upstream and downstream teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align warehouse output with broader business goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with health and safety standards.

• Experience with WMS systems and basic proficiency in MS Office
• Good command of English, spoken and written
• Required availability to work in the weekends (structurally Saturday's or Sunday's), extra allowance is applicable.
