JINGDONG Logistics in the Netherlands (Utrecht) is seeking a delivery station supervisor to support daily operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.

You will coordinate tasks, train staff, uphold safety and quality standards, and collaborate with transport and customer service teams. The role suits hands-on, reliable individuals with 2+ years in logistics who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are flexible with shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.
• Hands-on, reliable, and willing to take responsibility.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.

• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.
• Assist with team briefings and ensure all staff follow safety and quality standards.
• Identify and report issues affecting performance or service quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Train new team members on basic station processes and best practices.
• Communicate with other teams (transport, customer service) as needed.
