Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in the Netherlands is seeking a proactive operations professional to join the team and help manage daily logistics tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate across departments and support the execution of key operations to keep goods moving smoothly.

You will follow up on progress, report issues, participate in project work, and liaise with headquarters to share policies and coordinate resources.

• Provide basic operational support including document coordination and scheduling.
• Complete other operations support and assistant-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Carry out daily operations management, effectively communicate upward and downward, coordinate across departments, and drive the implementation of various operational tasks.
• Follow up on operational progress, collect and report issues, and assist in driving the resolution of abnormal problems.
• Support the sorting, consolidation, and basic analysis of various types of operational data.
• Organize meetings, prepare meeting minutes, track follow-up items from meeting decisions, urge responsible parties to complete tasks on time, and ensure closed-loop management.
• Assist in advancing project-based work; for any exceptions, communicate promptly and coordinate resources from relevant departments.
• Liaise with headquarters and relevant support departments to assist in communicating policies, collecting materials, submitting workflows, and following up on results.
• Provide basic operational support, including document coordination, meeting scheduling, etc.
• Complete other operations support and assistant-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
