Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is hiring for a delivery station role in the Rotterdam area. You will support daily operations, lead a team of associates and drivers, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries while maintaining safety and quality.

The position requires hands-on, reliable individuals with strong teamwork and communication skills. The role involves a fast-paced, physical environment with flexible shifts, including weekends if required, and basic computer skills to operate handheld scanners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.
• Hands-on, reliable, and willing to take responsibility.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.

• Train new team members on basic station processes and best practices.
• Communicate with other teams (transport, customer service) as needed.
