Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science.
• 7+ years of experience in technical software development across multiple roles and environments.
• Recent work in Semicon, Medical, or Analytical domains in the past 2 years.
• Extensive experience with DevOps technologies, especially Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong leadership abilities and ability to motivate a team.
• Proven stakeholder management experience in complex client projects.
• Team player focused on delivering results.
• Affinity for innovation and AI technologies.

As a Teamlead DevOps, you guide the development of state-of-the-art application software for challenging high-tech projects and manage the stakeholders of our client.

In this role, you are responsible for the successful functioning of a DevOps-oriented team on a technical, operational, and organizational level. You are the connecting factor between the team, the client, and the internal organization. In doing so, you not only ensure stable and quality services, but also actively contribute to the technical vision and development of the team.

• Conduct substantive discussions about architecture and platform choices within the DevOps environment.
