Job summary

Sioux Technologies Germany is seeking a Quality Control Technician in Eindhoven to ensure timely start of production and maintain product quality for customers. You will perform inspections on incoming goods, in production, and for product releases, including newly introduced items from development.

The role requires an MBO+ education and at least two years of experience in a mechatronic environment, with knowledge of measurement methods in mechanics and electronics.

Qualifications

• Requires MBO+ education and 2+ years in a similar mechatronic role.
• Familiar with measurement methods in mechanics/electronics.
• Able to report results clearly and reliably in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, production, and product release inspections.
• Review and handle rejection reports from production.
• Communicate with suppliers about quality issues and follow up on deviation reports.
• Coordinate and monitor corrective actions with suppliers.
• Conduct stock checks focused on quality and identify material risks.
• Support SQA in NPI projects.

As a Quality Control Technician, you're involved in the arrival of all goods and make sure our production can get off to a good start while monitoring the quality of the products that go to our customers.

In this role, you are responsible for carrying out incoming, production, and product release inspections. This applies both to regular production and to products that are newly introduced into production from development.

• Carrying out inspections on incoming goods (mechanical, electronic, and mechatronic) according to specifications and drawings, supported by protocols.
• Reviewing and handling rejection reports from production
• Communicating with suppliers about quality issues and following up on deviation reports
• Coordinating and monitoring corrective actions with suppliers
• Conducting stock checks focused on quality and identifying risks in materials
• Supporting Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) in NPI projects
