Nederland. AB zoekt een Meewerkend voorman in Harmelen voor een moderne kasomgeving. Je leidt hands-on een team, voert gewasbespuiting en biologische bestrijding uit, en bedient de heftruck. Daarnaast ondersteun je collega’s en voer je technische onderhoudstaken uit.

Dagelijks bespreek je prioriteiten, bewaak je veiligheid en assistentie bij technische storingen. Vereist is communicatie op CEFR B2-niveau in Engels of Nederlands; salaris: €18,50 per uur, wekelijks uitbetaald.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met technisch onderhoud of een vergelijkbare technische achtergrond.
• In staat om gewasbespuiting en biologische bestrijding uit te voeren.
• Geldig heftruckcertificaat of bereidheid dit te halen.
• Ondersteunende teamspeler, bereid collega’s te helpen.
• Vloeiend Engels of Nederlands (CEFR B2).

Intro

Join as a Meewerkend voorman in Harmelen! Responsible for spraying, biological pest control, forklift operation, technical maintenance and team support. Full-time, €18.50 per hour.

This is what you will do

As a Meewerkend voorman in Harmelen, you will be the hands-on team lead within a modern greenhouse environment. Your main tasks include performing crop spraying, applying biological pest controls, operating the forklift, supporting team members on the work floor, and carrying out technical maintenance duties. You are the go-to person for both daily production tasks and technical troubleshooting.

On a typical day, you'll start by checking the day’s priorities, preparing and executing spraying or biological control routines, and ensuring all equipment is ready and safe to use. You'll support colleagues with technical issues, coordinate small teams, and keep track of the technical status of the machinery and installations. Your role is dynamic - sometimes on the forklift, sometimes solving a technical fault, and always keeping an eye out to help your team.

A gross hourly wage of €18.50; paid weekly
