Job summary

Start People is recruiting a Production Team Leader for a 40-hour week in Heerewaarden. You will supervise operators in Hall 11, ensure production and packaging run to schedule, and lead by example in a modern, international production environment.

You will be responsible for preparing daily operations, monitoring processes and quality, and guiding a diverse team. The role offers a permanent potential based on performance and a strong focus on safety and development.

Qualifications

• MBO Level 4 diploma or relevant work experience.
• Good physical fitness and willingness to perform physical work.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and/or English.
• Full-time availability in a 3-shift schedule.

• Monitor production processes, inventory levels, and quality standards, while resolving deviations.
• Oversee and perform cleaning activities on machinery and production areas.
• Carry out first-line maintenance and assist external technicians during complex breakdowns.
• Provide work instructions, coach and motivate team members, and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.

As a Production Team Leader in Heerewaarden, you will play a key role in ensuring our production processes run smoothly within a modern and international working environment. You will combine your technical expertise with leadership skills to optimize processes, maintain a safe workplace, and motivate your team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising operators and production employees in Hall 11, ensuring that production and packaging processes are carried out according to schedule.

What you can expect:

• Gross monthly salary between €2,750 and €3,426, based on a 40-hour workweek, including shift allowance and annual bonus.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position based on good performance.
• Full-time position of 40 hours per week in a structured 3-shift schedule.
• 22.25% shift allowance.
• 25 vacation days plus approximately 13 additional paid ADV days per year.
• 8% holiday allowance in accordance with Dutch collective labor agreement standards.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, up to 25 km one way.
