Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Team Lead Facilities to guide the Hard Services team and ensure the Vanderlande Campus Veghel remains safe, reliable, and fully operational for over 3,100 employees. You will lead three Facility Coordinators, handle supplier relationships, and own contract management alongside the Facility Manager.

You will drive maintenance planning, cost control and continuous improvement across Electrical, Climate control and Fire safety systems.

Qualifications

• Must have fluency in Dutch (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience leading, coordinating or coaching employees.
• Affinity with technical building systems and budget control.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear external assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of three Facility Coordinators.
• Coordinate daily Hard Services activities and ensure a safe, reliable workplace for 3,100+ employees.
• Manage building maintenance, electrical installations, climate control systems and fire safety equipment.
• Oversee contracts, supplier performance, KPIs and long-term maintenance plans.
• Review proposals and maintenance reports and translate requirements into external assignments.
• Monitor and control an annual facilities budget of ~€1.5 million.
