Relevant Online in Utrecht is seeking a Team Lead Tracking & Analytics to guide a growing team of 6+ professionals while delivering excellent client work.

You will coach, shape team processes, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on analytics across varied projects, using GA, GTM, GCP, and PM tools to keep clients moving forward. You’ll identify gaps, mentor teammates, and ensure smooth delivery that scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in an agency setting with Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and project management tools.

Based in or around Utrecht| 32 to 40 hours | € 4.000 – € 5.500

We’re looking for a Team Lead Tracking & Analytics to lead and develop our growing team (6+ team members) while staying deeply involved in client delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others, solving complex problems, and building a team that consistently delivers excellent work. You’ll be responsible for coaching team members, shaping how your team operates, and ensuring we’re growing our capabilities in an evolving analytics landscape. You’ll work across a variety of clients and projects, requiring the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, moving between planning team development, solving client challenges, and staying current with your own client relationships.
