Radio Holland is seeking a Team Lead Business Applications in Rotterdam to manage the global lifecycle of business applications and drive continuous improvement. You will lead a small team, ensure compliance and reliable services while coordinating with Digital & Technology to deliver innovations and upgrades.

You will report to the Head of Digital & Technology, guiding cross-functional initiatives, aligning with stakeholders, and shaping the portfolio to meet strategic objectives.

Qualificações

• Relevant experience in a comparable lead or management role within business applications or application management.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Team Lead Business Applications (Rotterdam)

As Team Lead Business Applications, you will lead the global management and continuous improvement of Radio Holland’s business applications and platforms. You will ensure business continuity, compliance and reliable application services while driving innovation, upgrades and process improvements across the organisation.

You will contribute to the Digital & Technology department by managing the full application lifecycle, coordinating global projects and leading a team of three Business Application Engineers. The role sits within Digital & Technology, alongside the Infrastructure & SecOps, Digital Workplace and Digital Engineering teams, and reports to the Head of Digital & Technology.

What You Will Do

You will:

• Lead global application management and build a high-performing Business Applications team.

• Act as a Product Owner for the business applications portfolio, filling the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
• Prioritize the team’s backlog and daily activities, ensuring the team’s focus is strictly aligned with critical business objectives.
• Align with stakeholders to translate ongoing business requests into clear requirements, effectively balancing urgent operational support with long-term innovation projects.

What You Bring

Required

• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Preferred

• A BSc or MSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Knowledge of 4PS Construct, system design, database management and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Zendesk and managing third-party application vendors.

Salary

(For EU Only) Between 5.170,52 EUR – 7.386,19 EUR, grossper month, and is depending on relevant skills, experience, role level and internal pay framework.
