Job summary

CEVA Logistics in the Netherlands is looking for a Team Coordinator Packing to organize the work on the warehouse floor. You will be visible on the shop floor, steer a team of Operators and Flex workers, and maintain a hands-on approach to daily logistics tasks.

You will handle problem solving, ensure efficient execution within your subprocess, and report progress to the Team Leader. A shift-based role with a permanent potential and competitive benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a logistics environment.
• Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding.
• Clear English, spoken and written.
• Own transport required due to limited public transport.
• Full-time availability and willingness to work in shifts.

YOUR ROLE

As Team Coordinator Packing, you coordinate the work in the warehouse. You are clearly visible on the work floor, strong in your shoes and have a 'hands on' mentality. In addition, you identify problems and keep an overview. You are familiar with logistics processes, so you are immediately up and running in your new position. You work in 2 shifts, report to the Teamleader of the process you are working on and work from our bol. location on the Veerweg.

• You coordinate, guide, motivate and enthuse your team of Operators and Flex workers;

• You inform and, in consultation with your Team Leader, you pick up process improvements;
