Role

You serve a broad client base and work in a young, dynamic and fast-growing team with a hands‑on mentality. You are involved in transfer pricing projects from start to finish, allowing you to grow quickly in knowledge and experience. You guide less experienced colleagues and receive active coaching from experienced transfer pricing professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies aligned with clients' business models and risk profiles.
• Lead the preparation of comprehensive transfer pricing documentation, including local and master files in line with OECD requirements.
• Manage transfer pricing dispute resolution processes, including defending positions during tax audits and appeals.
• Prepare and analyze complex financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance using advanced modeling tools and statistical methods.
• Integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) considerations into transfer pricing policies and advise clients on sustainable pricing structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement transfer pricing models.
• Conduct technical research on complex transfer pricing issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Negotiate Advance Pricing Agreements.
• Guide, help and direct junior colleagues.

Team

About 25 tax specialists work in Hoofddorp. The team operates in a continuously changing environment with a focus on personal input, responding to current developments and helping clients reach a higher level.

Workplace

RSM Hoofddorp is located in the modern and sustainable office building Pharos. The site is easily accessible from surrounding cities, has parking facilities, and the Hoofddorp train station is next to the front door. The office hosts approximately 150 colleagues from HR, Marketing, Compliance, Accountancy, Tax and international Business Consulting.

Profile

• Completed university‑level tax or economics education.
• At least 4 to 6 years of relevant transfer pricing work experience.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Experience in coaching and developing less advanced employees, with excellent communication skills in various situations.
