What You’ll Do

You’ll serve a wide range of clients, working cross‑location in a fast‑growing team with a hands‑on mentality. You’ll be involved in transfer pricing projects from start to finish, offering quick growth in knowledge and experience. You’ll also coach junior colleagues and receive active guidance from experienced professionals.

• Conduct client interviews locally and abroad.
• Draft Advance Pricing Agreements and discuss them with the APA team of the tax office.
• Advise on transfer pricing risks such as in due diligence projects.
• Maintain client relationships and acquire new transfer pricing clients and projects.

Workplace

RSM Eindhoven is located in a beautiful building near the city center. The atmosphere is cozy, with workspaces in various rooms. Eindhoven’s train station is a ten‑minute walk, and the office is easy to reach by car. In Eindhoven, you will work with about 60 colleagues from our Tax, VAT, and Accounting departments.

About You

You are strong in communication and able to handle challenges well, while motivating your team. As an experienced Tax Consultant Transfer Pricing, you recognize yourself in the following:

• A completed university‑level tax or economics degree and preferably enrolled in the three‑year NOB training.
• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant transfer pricing experience.
• Independent, with a “straightforward” approach.
• Experience guiding and developing junior staff with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in both English and Dutch (preferably).
• Value quality over quantity and are socially involved.
