Do you want to apply your transfer pricing knowledge and skills within a fast growing consultancy firm? Then we are looking for you!

This will be your role

You serve a broad client base and work in a young, dynamic and fast growing team with a real hands-on mentality. You are involved in transfer pricing projects from start to finish. This allows you to grow quickly in gaining knowledge and work experience. You guide less experienced colleagues and receive active coaching from experienced transfer pricing professionals.
Your work and tasks are very diverse and include:

• Developing and implementing transfer pricing strategies aligned with clients' business models and risk profiles;
• Leading the preparation of comprehensive transfer pricing documentation, including local and master files in line with OECD requirements;
• Managing transfer pricing dispute resolution processes, including defending positions during tax audits and appeals;
• Preparing and analyzing complex financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance using advanced modeling tools and statistical methods;
• Integrating ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) considerations into transfer pricing policies and advising clients on sustainable pricing structures;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement transfer pricing models;
• Conducting technical research on complex transfer pricing issues and developing innovative solutions;
• Involved in negotiating Advance Pricing Agreements;
• Guiding, helping and directing your junior colleagues.

About 25 tax specialists work in Hoofddorp. We work in a continuously changing environment, where the focus is on personal input, responding to current developments and helping clients to reach a higher level.
Our clients are mainly large international operating companies. We also work closely with our consultancy colleagues, for example in the field of ESG, also active from Hoofddorp. In this way, we enable our clients to reflect on their plans, ambitions and vision and adjust them where necessary. In addition, we work together with our tax colleagues across the other branches.

RSM Hoofddorp is located in the modern and sustainable office building Pharos. Easily accessible from surrounding cities, with parking facilities and the Hoofddorp train station right next to our front door. In Hoofddorp you will work together with approximately 150 colleagues. Here you will find colleagues from HR, Marketing, Compliance, Accountancy, Tax and our international Business Consulting team.

You are a solid conversationalist and can handle challenges well. You know how to inspire your team in a positive way through your flexibility.
As Tax Manager Transfer Pricing you recognize yourself in the following profile:

• Completed university-level tax or economics education;
• At least 4 to 6 years of relevant transfer pricing work experience;
• Strong verbal and written skills;
• Work experience in coaching and developing less advanced employees and you have excellent communication skills in various situations, both verbal and written;
• Independent and having a 'straight back';
