Responsibilities

• Serve a wide range of clients, working cross-location in a fast-growing team with a hands-on mindset.
• Be involved in transfer pricing projects from start to finish, with opportunities for rapid growth in knowledge and experience.
• Coach junior colleagues and receive active guidance from experienced professionals.
• Tasks include:
  • Conducting client interviews locally and abroad.
  • Drafting Advance Pricing Agreements and discussing this with the APA team of the tax office.
  • Advising on transfer pricing risks, such as in due diligence projects.
  • Maintaining client relationships and acquiring new transfer pricing clients and projects.

Workplace

RSM Eindhoven is located in a beautiful building near the city center. The atmosphere is cozy, with workspaces in various rooms. Eindhoven’s train station is a ten minute walk, and the office is easy to reach by car. In Eindhoven, you will be working with about 60 colleagues from our Tax, VAT, and Accounting departments.

About you

• You are strong in your communication and handle challenges well, with the ability to motivate your team.
• As an experienced Tax Consultant Transfer Pricing, you recognize yourself in the following:
• A completed university-level tax or economics degree and preferably enrolled in the three-year NOB training.
• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant transfer pricing experience.
• Independent, with a straightforward approach.
• Experience in guiding and developing junior staff with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in both English and Dutch (preferably).
• You value quality over quantity and you are socially involved.
