Job summary

Amoria Bond in Amsterdam is seeking a Talent Attraction Consultant to identify and engage top talent, guiding candidates from first conversation to a successful hire. You’ll proactively source talent, start conversations, build networks and collaborate with our leadership team to bring the right people into the business.

You’ll own hiring projects, work with multiple stakeholders, and have the freedom to test ideas in an ambitious, international environment.

Talent Attraction Consultant | Amsterdam

At Amoria Bond, we’re looking for a Talent Attraction Consultant to help us find and attract the people who will shape the future of our Amsterdam business.

This isn't a role where you wait for applications.

You'll actively identify talent, start conversations, build networks and work closely with our leadership team to bring the right people into the business.

Whether you're currently working in Talent Acquisition, agency recruitment, sourcing or internal recruitment, this could be your opportunity to take more ownership and make a visible impact.

What will you do?

You'll manage the recruitment journey from first conversation to successful hire, including:

• Proactively sourcing and headhunting talent through LinkedIn and other channels
• Interviewing and guiding candidates throughout the hiring process

You'll have the freedom to test ideas, challenge our approach and help shape our Talent Attraction strategy.
