Job summary

Qualifications

Задачи

• Find, attract, convince, and retain suitable professionals for Brunel
• Build and maintain a strong network of specialists within the Public Sector
• Represent Brunel's strong brand and encourage professionals to join
• Convince professionals that Brunel is the right place to develop their careers
• Maintain warm relationships with professionals after placement
• Identify commercial opportunities in the market
• Convince Sales Consultants to approach clients with suitable profiles

Требования

• Strong social and communication skills
• Empathy and the ability to switch easily between different interlocutors
• A persistent, proactive, commercial, and results-oriented attitude
• At least an hbo degree, preferably in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter or employment consultant
• Nice to have: Affinity with the financial sector, willingness to deepen knowledge in this area, experience building professional networks
