Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Возглавлять полный цикл найма по Европе: intake, публикацию вакансий в ATS, отбор и интервью
• Сотрудничать с руководителями отделов для определения требований к ролям и критериев подбора
• Разрабатывать европейскую стратегию найма в соответствии с бизнес-целями и рынком труда
• Использовать сайты вакансий, соцсети, прямой поиск, рекомендации сотрудников и отраслевые сети
• Участвовать в отраслевых ярмарках для позиционирования компании как работодателя
• Сотрудничать с глобальными и локальными HR-подразделениями для подбора таланта
• Предоставлять KPI по открытым вакансиям, времени найма, текучести, стажировкам и обучению

• Lead and manage the recruitment lifecycle across Europe, from role intake and job posting in the ATS (iCIMS) through screening and interviews, ensuring timeliness, quality, and compliance
• Partner with department heads and business leaders to define role requirements, hiring criteria, and recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning needs
• Develop and execute the European recruitment strategy in alignment with business objectives, market trends, and talent availability
• Utilize job boards, social media, direct sourcing, employee referrals, and industry networks to attract qualified candidates and proactively build talent pools
• Participate in industry fairs to promote the company as an employer of choice and attract skilled professionals in the freight forwarding industry
• Collaborate with global HR and local HR Business Partners to support the business in hiring top talent
• Provide KPIs, including open roles per country, time to hire, turnover rate, recruitment experience, number of apprenticeships, and training programs, and prepare insightful reports

Требования

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ Years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 2+ Years in a team management or leadership role
• 1+ Year of demonstrated success managing recruitment teams and building effective hiring strategies tailored to European markets
• Knowledge of recruiting tools, sourcing strategies, and talent platforms
• Professional network across Europe and the freight forwarding industry
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding roles, talent profiles, and market dynamics
• Understanding of employment law and recruitment compliance
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
• Only applicants with experience in the logistics (freight forwarding) industry can be considered
