Job summary

Sendcloud Eindhoven HQ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join the House of Talent. This is not coffee fetching; you’ll learn the full recruitment cycle while contributing to hiring at scale in a fast-growing tech company.

You’ll schedule, source, screen, prescreen, and collaborate with hiring managers to find great talent. You should be enrolled in HBO/WO in the Netherlands for ~6 months, able to work at least 32 hours weekly, with 3 days in the office.

The Role

As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll be part of the team that finds and attracts top talent. You're not fetching coffee, you're learning the full recruitment cycle, and developing skills in our amazing House of Talent team! We are looking for someone who likes to sprinkle empathy, curiosity, and a growth mindset in everything they do, as well as someone who is not afraid to speak their mind. Do you? Then you already possess the very basics for a wonderful TA intern!

What you'll do

• Scheduling and coordination: You'll book candidates for interviews in our applicant tracking system Teamtailor, coordinating and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers

• Creative sourcing strategies: You'll explore unconventional channels and use a mix of tools and techniques to identify top candidates that others might miss. You'll own the sourcing strategy for your own vacancies!

• Screening and selection: You'll review applications, prioritize candidates, and make the call on who moves forward.

• Conducting prescreens: You'll conduct phone screenings with candidates to explore motivation, communication, and cultural fit, not just shadowing, but owning these conversations

• Collaborating with hiring managers: You'll build relationships, understand their needs, sometimes challenge their thinking on candidate fit, and work through disagreements constructively
