Job summary

Sendcloud seeks a Senior Quantitative Business Analyst to design and build AI agents, AI workflows, automations and data solutions that boost internal efficiency and decision-making across the company. You’ll join the OPS team of ~15 QBAs and collaborate with data engineers on AWS.

You’ll lead cross-team projects, coach QBAs, and set the standard for AI-driven delivery while maintaining a business-focused, pragmatic mindset.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer or Software Science or another technical field
• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in English - written and spoken
• Experience with coding, data warehouses, cloud, AI, ETL, Python, LangChain/Graph
• Located in Brabant or Limburg area and able to work on-site min 3x a week
• Bonus: extra-curricular activities, cool tech hobbies or side business

Responsibilities

• Own the full journey from end to end: understand the business problem, design the solution, build and implement it, and optimise once live

In this role, you'll be at the heart of Sendcloud’s Operations Department, working for every department in the company. Our purpose is to help accelerate Sendcloud's growth in the most efficient way.

The Role

As a Senior Quantitative Business Analyst, you are first and foremost a builder. You design and build AI agents, AI workflows, automations and data solutions that boost internal efficiency and power decision-making across Sendcloud.

You won't do this alone. You'll be part of the wider OPS team of ~15 QBAs, and our own team of data engineers helps run our solutions on AWS. We have a very flat hierarchy and a pleasant, informal culture. That means lots of knowledge sharing sessions, colleagues who are always happy to help and spar, and plenty of social activities both during and outside of work.

What you'll do

As a senior, you'll also take the lead on our larger, cross-team projects and help shape how the team works, coaching other QBAs and setting the bar for how we build with AI.

• You own the full journey from end to end. You sit with stakeholders to understand the business problem, then you design the solution, build and implement it, and keep optimising it once it's live.

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, using it to deliver value early and iterate fast, because meaningful long-term impact starts with small, pragmatic wins.
