Job summary

Sendcloud is seeking a Junior Quantitative Business Analyst in Eindhoven with a hybrid schedule (3+ days in the office). You will design and build AI agents, workflows and data solutions to boost efficiency across the company, partnering with the OPS team and data engineers on AWS.

You will start on well-scoped projects, work with mentors, and grow ownership as you prove impact. A Master’s degree and 0–2 years experience are preferred, with strong English and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer or Software Science
0–2 years of relevant work experience
Fluent in English - written and spoken
Experience with coding, data warehouses, cloud, AI, ETL, Python, LangChain/Graph
Located in Brabant or Limburg area, eager to work in office (min 3x a week)
Bonus: Extra-curricular activities, cool tech hobbies or projects, or a side business.

Eindhoven (3 days in office) | 40hrs per week

In this role, you'll be at the heart of Sendcloud’s Operations Department, working for every department in the company. Our purpose is to help accelerate Sendcloud's growth in the most efficient way.

The Role

As a Junior Quantitative Business Analyst, you are first and foremost a builder. You design and build AI agents, AI workflows, automations and data solutions that boost internal efficiency and power decision-making across Sendcloud.

You won't do this alone. You'll be part of the wider OPS team of :15 QBAs, and our own team of data engineers helps run our solutions on AWS. We have a very flat hierarchy and a pleasant, informal culture. That means lots of knowledge sharing sessions, colleagues who are always happy to help and spar, and plenty of social activities both during and outside of work.

What you'll do

As a junior, you'll start on well-scoped projects alongside experienced QBAs who coach you and review your work, and you'll take on more ownership as you grow.

You’re a key player in the full journey from end to end. You sit with stakeholders to understand the business problem, then you design the solution, build and implement it, and keep optimising it once it's live.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, using it to deliver value early and iterate fast, because meaningful long-term impact starts with small, pragmatic wins.
You're business savvy and a clear communicator, so you bridge the gap between tech and business by translating complex challenges into practical, high-impact solutions.

Master’s degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer or Software Science or another technical field

You are located in the Brabant or Limburg area, you are excited to work in office (min 3x a week)
