Job summary

Looper Engineering seeks a Systems Engineer to drive the integration side of the V-model for a new high-precision assembly equipment platform. You will work on module manufacturing, assembly and test towards a complete prototype, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires a MSc in a related field and several years of system integration experience, with a hands-on approach at the machine and a strong focus on interfaces and testing.

Qualifications

• Must have MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or Physics.
• Several years of experience in system integration or multidisciplinary equipment development.
• Strong understanding of interfaces, verification logic, and engineering change impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive the integration part of the V-model from module manufacturing to a prototype.
• Translate system requirements into practical integration approach: sequencing, interfaces, testing.
• Safeguard interfaces across mechanics, electronics, software and process; resolve issues early.
• Coordinate with development partners and subcontractors on deliverables and planning.
• Provide hands-on integration support at the machine during build and test activities.
• Manage dependencies, risks, gaps and technical maturity across integration, verification and validation.
