Job summary

ENTER bv seeks a Control Systems Integrator to fuse real-time control with high-tech mechatronic platforms. You will design, integrate, calibrate and tune controllers for semiconductor, robotics and laser modules, collaborating with engineers across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Control Engineering or Mechatronics with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in real-time controller integration, machine calibration and controller tuning.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, TwinCAT, Python and LabVIEW.
• Experience testing/validating complex systems for reliable, reproducible operation.
• Experience in high-tech contexts such as semiconductors, robotics, positioning stages or laser modules.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement controllers with SW/FW interfaces across custom and off-the-shelf platforms (e.g., PLC software in Beckhoff TwinCAT).
• Integrate, configure, and troubleshoot real-time controllers in high-tech environments.
• Perform machine calibrations and controller tuning to achieve optimal performance and stability.
• Analyze system behavior and identify improvements from test results.
• Build tools for simulation, data analysis, diagnostics, and visualization.
• Develop and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation setups.
