Job summary

Independent Recruiters Groep BV in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Systems Engineer to lead the V-model integration for the next-generation die bonding machine platform. You will drive development from module manufacturing through to a complete working prototype in a high-tech, high-volume environment.

The role requires translating requirements into a practical integration plan, safeguarding interfaces across mechanics, electronics, and software, and collaborating with architects,

Qualifications

• Mastery of system integration and V-model processes.
• Experience with prototype realization and multidisciplinary equipment.
• Ability to work under time pressure and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the V-model integration from module manufacturing, assembly and verification to a fully integrated prototype.
• Translate system requirements into a practical integration plan including build sequencing and testing.
• Safeguard interfaces across mechanics, electronics, software and process with engineers and architects.
• Coordinate with partners and subcontractors on deliverables, planning and issues.
• Provide hands-on integration support on prototypes and at the machine.
• Support verification and validation by managing dependencies, risks and maturity.
