Job summary

Smith Japan GK in Haarlem is seeking an Operations Systems Coordinator to document and refine procedures supporting evolving business needs. You will coordinate system components and automation projects, gather requirements, map processes, test, and provide end-user support for new implementations and enhancements.

You will work closely with IT project managers to drive roadmaps for system integration and automation initiatives, serving as a primary contact for Operations end-users and IT.
