Job summary

Marel is seeking a Mechanical Engineer SystemFlex to design, develop, and sustain configurable conveyor and transport systems for poultry processing. You will work across NPD and sustainment, ensuring hygiene, reliability, and manufacturability while aligning with PDP guidelines.

You will contribute to standardization, automation, and digital engineering in a highly model-based environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in engineering technical systems, preferably in machine building or related industries.
• Experience with Creo and Windchill for CAD and PDM.
• Experience with configurable products, CTO or model-based engineering is a plus.
• Strong ability to turn ideas into practical industrial solutions with business sense.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain design solutions for conveyor and transport systems.
• Collaborate with Innovation, Product Management, Supply Chain, Sales Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and BOMs.
• Ensure compliance with machine safety requirements and international standards.
• Support digital engineering tools, CAD, PDM, configuration, and automation.
