Collins McNicholas Group is seeking a System Test Engineer in Eindhoven, Holland, to hands-on assemble and test precision modules for advanced lithography systems. You will diagnose faults, keep meticulous records and ensure delivery to exacting quality standards.

The role requires a relevant engineering degree, 1–5 years of experience, fluent English and willingness to work a five‑shift cycle including mornings, evenings and nights. A proactive, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applied physics, aerospace, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Willingness to work across a shift pattern (2 mornings, 2 evenings, 2 nights, then 4 days off).
• Experience diagnosing complex equipment and system assembly, testing and troubleshooting.
• Analytical, methodical and proactive with good cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, adjust, test and prepare high‑tech modules for delivery in line with specifications and deadlines.
• Follow current processes and work instructions, organise tasks efficiently.
• Investigate disturbances, resolve issues and help prevent recurrence.
• Maintain complete technical records and a safe, organized cleanroom workplace.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues and share knowledge for improvements.
