Job summary

Manpower in Eindhoven is seeking a skilled Test Technician to join our high-tech team. You will test, calibrate, align, and validate advanced systems used in scientific and industrial applications, working in a controlled cleanroom environment to ensure top quality before delivery.

You will read schematics, assemble subsystems, troubleshoot issues, record results, and collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronics or related field.
• Experience with testing, commissioning, assembly, troubleshooting or validation of technical systems preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings; comfortable with technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Integrating and configuring electromechanical modules into complete systems.
• Performing alignment, calibration, functional testing and performance verification.
• Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and system-level issues; identify root causes.
• Working with high-precision measurement systems and specialized tech.
• Recording test results and maintaining technical documentation.
• Collaborating with production, engineering and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Following quality, safety and cleanroom procedures.

As a Test Technician, you are responsible for testing, calibrating, aligning, and validating advanced systems before they are delivered to customers. Working in a controlled cleanroom environment, you play an important role in ensuring every system meets strict quality and performance standards.

Responsibilities

Working hours

• Monday through Friday
• From 9:00 to 17:00 hrs

Requirements

• MBO Level 4 or HBO degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Applied Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience with testing, commissioning, assembly, troubleshooting, or validation of technical systems is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation
• Affinity with electromechanical systems, instrumentation, automation, or control technology
• Experience with or interest in Python, MATLAB, PLCs, or similar technologies is an advantage
• Familiarity with computers, diagnostic software, and technical reporting systems
• Experience in a cleanroom, semiconductor, medical device, or other high-tech environment is beneficial
• Good command of the English language
• Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work accurately according to procedures
• Team-oriented attitude and effective communication skills
