Job summary

Frencken Group in Eindhoven seeks a Mechatronics Assembly Technician to independently assemble, align, and test complex modules used in advanced machines. You will join project teams on first‑of‑series builds and recurring modules, with craftsmanship visible in shipped products.

The role involves process improvement, close collaboration with engineering, and potential growth into training responsibilities, while complying with cleanroom standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education in Mechatronics or related field, or 1–3 years in fine‑mechanical assembly.
• Hands‑on knowledge of mechatronics, mechanics, electronics, bonding, pneumatics, and alignment.
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently assemble, integrate, and test complex mechatronic modules and sub‑assemblies in cleanroom or non‑cleanroom environments.
• Spot technical issues during assembly and resolve with engineering and customers.
• Propose smarter assembly methods and improve work instructions and processes.
• Safeguard quality through checks and cross‑checks until specification is met.
• For NPI projects, determine assembly approach and validate design choices.
