Job summary

NCIM is seeking a candidate for a role focused on systems engineering and requirements management within a NATO-related program. You will help shape domain architectures, align designs to standards, and support change initiatives in an international environment.

The position involves ensuring traceability of requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and applying security-aware design practices across cloud and on-premises components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a technically oriented field with IT content and 3 years post-related experience.
• As an exception, 5 years progressive experience in duties related to this post may compensate for lack of a degree.
• Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret.
• Knowledge of DOORS or equivalent structured tooling is highly desired.
• Experience in an international environment with military and civilian elements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the development of domain architectures across business, infrastructure or functional areas.
• Specifies cloud-based or on-premises components, translating into detailed designs.
• Prepares technical plans and applies design principles to projects.
• Aligns solutions with enterprise and solution architecture standards, including security.
• Assists with scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation for small changes and complex initiatives.
• Follows standards and elicits and documents detailed requirements with traceability.
