Job summary

Prodrive Technologies is seeking an ambitious engineer to design, own, and improve the system architecture of cabinet systems for the semiconductor industry. You will integrate Prodrive and third-party servers, hardware, and supporting equipment into scalable, maintainable solutions.

Lead configuration management, testing, and technical decisions while collaborating with hardware, software, manufacturing, quality, and project teams to ensure reliable, long-term platform performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience in System Engineering, Integration Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or related roles.
• Familiar with high-tech, semiconductor or complex hardware systems environments.
• Familiar with industry standards related to thermal management, EMC, electrical safety, ESD, and semiconductor equipment requirements.
• Experience with multidisciplinary product development and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and translate requirements into technical solutions; participate in technical reviews and guide development and deployment.
• Act as the technical bridge between R&D and Production to ensure scalable design decisions for manufacturing.
• Select and evaluate system components for feasibility, performance, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability.
• Lead and support EMC/EMI testing, analyze results, and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Perform measurements, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis on the production floor when issues arise.
• Maintain a holistic system view and align technical decisions with broader product and business context.
• Drive technical discussions and coordinate across disciplines to reach optimal system-level solutions.
• Unite perspectives from hardware, software, manufacturing, quality, and project management to achieve goals.

Design, own, and continuously improve the system architecture of both empty and fully configured cabinet systems for the Semiconductor industry. Integrate Prodrive and third party servers, hardware, and supporting equipment into robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions that meet customer, quality, performance, and compliance requirements. Lead configuration management, system integration, testing, validation, and technical decision-making. You drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and project teams to ensure successful product realization. You proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, safeguard architectural integrity, and ensure reliable system performance, serviceability, and long-term sustainability of semiconductor platform solutions.
