Job summary

A leading staffing and recruiting firm is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage architect roles within IT and enterprise business operations in BeNeLux. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience as a System Architect or PEGA Engineer, with strong skills in decisioning and marketing tools. This contract position offers a hybrid work model, demanding close cooperation with marketing and engineering teams.

Senior Recruitment Consultant at Amoria Bond

Responsible for all architect roles within IT and enterprise business operations in BeNeLux.

Freelance/ZZP - PEGA System Architect - 40h/w

Duration: 6 months – possible to extend

Locations: Hybrid (2 days in the office)

ZZP: Yes

Responsibilities

• Work closely with various marketing teams to translate business ideas into execution, leveraging platforms like Pega CDH and other marketing automation tools.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy campaigns that shape the components of its platform.
• Troubleshooting with data engineers and devops engineers to optimize infrastructure.
• Guide the developers in the team throughout the development process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a System Architect or PEGA Engineer for at least 5 years.
• Proven experience working with Decisioning and PEGA Marketing.
• Knowledge and experience in NBAD or NBA frameworks in general.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), real time decisioning and API integrations.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases like PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum working environment.
