Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting is seeking a mid-senior level Pega System Architect to enhance client online platforms through innovative technology solutions. The role requires a strong Pega background, including CSA certification and extensive experience in Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to the improvement and performance of Pega solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices while providing mentorship within collaborative Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Pega CSA certification with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
• At least 3 years of experience with Pega system conversions and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong grasp of modern Pega architecture concepts such as Enterprise Class Structure, data modeling, and rule resolution.
• Self-motivated, delivery-focused, and highly collaborative team player.

Requirements

• Pega CSA certification with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Pega development
  
• At least 3 years of experience with Pega system conversions and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  
• Experienced Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) to support and evolve a complex, enterprise-scale Pega environment.
  
• Design, develop, and maintain robust Pega solutions aligned with industry best practices and enterprise standards
  
• Support and execute technical conversions, ensuring scalability and performance of existing systems
  
• Collaborate within Agile teams to streamline and optimize business processes through Pega applications
  
• Contribute to solution architecture, participate in technical design discussions, and influence long-term platform strategy
  
• Use tools like Pega Express and Designer Studio to manage development workflows and deliver with speed and quality
  
• Provide technical mentorship, share best practices, and contribute to knowledge transfer across the team
  
• Ensure compliance with design standards, security, and performance benchmarks
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO level thinking and working capabilities)
  
• Strong grasp of modern Pega architecture concepts such as Enterprise Class Structure, data modeling, and rule resolution
  
• Hands-on experience with Pega Express, Designer Studio, and Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) tools
  
• Ability to optimize and automate Pega-driven business workflows and process logic
  
• Familiarity with UI design, debugging tools, and application performance profiling
  
• Experience integrating with third-party systems via SOAP, REST, JSON, XML
  
• Knowledge of supporting technologies like Alfresco, OpenShift, or Rijkszaak is a plus
